Do you use Tumblr on iOS? Change your password.

Tumblr has released a new version of their iOS app and are urging users to change their passwords.  It appears that the app did not use secure protocols to transmit the password.

Google releases fix for Android security hole

"Google has found a fix for a vulnerability in Android's security model that could allow attackers to convert 99 percent of all applications into Trojan malware."

It's up to the carriers (ATT,Verizon, etc.) to push the patch to their users.

Apple Security Update 2013-003
